Project Description:
The 100MW PV power plant project in in Southern Vietnam (Dak Lak Province) started construction on October 19, 2018 and was put into commercial operation on January 31, 2019. It is the largest PV project in Vietnam's history. The solar power station was built in a brown area with a hydroelectric power station nearby. The total investment of the project is 94.6 Million U.S. dollars and covers an area of 120 hectares. It makes full use of the advantages of sufficient sunlight and abundant water resources in southern Vietnam. It combines photovoltaic and hydropower to create a complementary and optimized power supply in the region. This project uses 31 central inverters, each inverter has a built-in industrial switch.
