Mport3208-I is an advanced 8-port isolated rack-mount RS485/422 serial server designed for industrial environments. Featuring a 32-bit dual-core Arm Cortex-M7 processor with a main frequency of up to 528MHz and an external hardware watchdog design, this device ensures reliable data transmission. The Mport3208-I supports 8 RS485/422 serial ports, each capable of independent operation without interference. With configurable working modes and baud rates ranging from 600bps to 460800bps, it offers flexibility for various industrial applications.

 

Equipped with 2 10/100M copper ports, the Mport3208-I can be configured for different working modes, providing smooth and reliable connectivity to Ethernet networks. The integration of the TCP/IP protocol stack enables seamless connection of RS485/422 serial devices to Ethernet, enhancing industrial communication efficiency.

 

The Mport3208-I supports a wide range of network management functions through web configuration, including serial port/network working modes, serial port forwarding, DNS, log management, system management, and more.   11. Support WebSocket Client mode for two-way communication with WebSocket server
  12. Support multiple sub-packaging mechanisms, converting serial port data into Ethernet data packets according to data length or time, to meet the real-time needs of different networks
