Product Description

The MES5105BP-3F is a 5-port Layer 2 100M bypass network managed mining embedded industrial Ethernet switch for mining network. It integrates serial port device networking or CAN device networking, and has fiber port Bypass function. This series of products supports 3*100M fiber ports, 2*100M copper ports, 2*RS485 or CAN ports optional. The fiber port supports 1 pair of Bypass function, which can be directly connected after the device is powered off to bypass faulty nodes; it supports single DC6~32V power input, supports reverse polarity protection and over-current protection, and adopts embedded installation to meet the needs of various industrial buses and network sites.

MES5105BP series supports WEB network management functions and multiple network protocols, such as MW-Ring, STP/RSTP, VLAN, QoS, port mirroring, static multicast, bus configuration, storm suppression, port statistics and firmware online Upgrade, etc,. It supports UDP, TCP Client, TCP Server, UDP multicast and other network transmission modes, realizes CAN/serial port terminal equipment networking, supports serial port/CAN port statistics; the system provides user permission management, supports online restart, online upgrade and factory reset. The hardware adopts fanless design, industrial-grade components, supports -40℃~+75℃ operating temperature. The power supply meets the requirements of intrinsically safe circuit design standards, and has passed strict safety regulations and EMC test. The switch can be widely used in industrial automation, integrated energy, intelligent transportation, smart cities, smart mines and other fields.

  11. Serial port support 600bps-115200bps port rate
  12. Support a variety of data packing mechanisms, to realize the conversion from CAN / serial port to ethernet, to meet the real-time needs of different networks
  13. CAN port supports 5kbps-1000kbps port rate, and can customize the effective port rate between 2.5kbps ~ 1000 kbps
  14. CAN port supports normal mode, loop mode and listening mode, can be used for normal communication, bus test and troubleshooting
  15. Support CAN ID filtering to allow standard or extended frame forward with specified ID ranges
  16. Support serial port / CAN port sending and receiving data statistics
  17. Support port statistics including different types of data frames sent and received to realize the monitoring of port traffic
